On the Flowerstead I grow and harvest an ever increasing collection of plant varieties...including annuals, perennials, herbs, heirloom/unique vegetables, specimen evergreens, flowering shrubs & trees-including fruit trees & blueberries. I love Earth and therefore never use GMO's, pesticides or herbicides.

The Flowerstead consists of  roughly 3, 25' x 100' terraces. One is strictly for edible flowers and herbs. The other similar sized terraces are for perennials, long rows and short beds for annuals. There are several more large garden beds packed full of bulbs and a mix of all things beautiful. The Flowerstead also consists of a small onsite nursery, a floral design Studio, flower drying shed, a crafting shed and indoor seeding room with a small walk-in cooler for cut flowers. There are 2 hoop houses; one 8x 15ft hoop house for flower and herb starts and another 20 x 40ft hoop house that houses the edible flowers, veggies and cut flowers for over wintering.

The FarmGirl Flowerstead flowers reflect the seasons in which they grow. Hard work is done physically and creatively to bring you a one of a kind homegrown arrangement.  Edible Flowers are the Flowerstead's speacialty!
